Welcome to The Vault. By accessing or using our coworking, networking, and social space, website, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Membership & Access

• Access to The Vault is available only to active members in good standing.
• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
• Memberships are non-transferable without written approval.
• We reserve the right to revoke membership for violation of these Terms or community guidelines.

2. 24/7 Facility Use

• The Vault provides 24/7 access for members.
• Members are expected to respect the property, facilities, and other members at all times.
• Unauthorized guests are prohibited unless pre-approved. Members are responsible for the actions of any invited guests.
• Sleeping overnight or using the facility as a primary residence is not permitted.

3. Networking, Events & Socialization

• The Vault may host professional, educational, and social events. Event participation may require advance registration or additional fees.
• Members are expected to network respectfully and avoid solicitation that violates community standards.
• The Vault is not responsible for business dealings or agreements made between members.

4. Code of Conduct

Members must:

• Maintain a professional and respectful environment.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
• Abide by all local, state, and federal laws.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• Use of The Vault facilities and participation in events is at your own risk.
• The Vault is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• The Vault is not liable for injury, accident, or medical emergencies occurring on premises.
• Members are advised to maintain their own insurance coverage.

6. Technology & Internet Use

• Wi-Fi and shared technology are provided on an “as-is” basis.
• Members may not use internet access for unlawful purposes or activities that disrupt other members.
• The Vault is not responsible for data loss, security breaches, or connectivity issues.

7. Payment & Cancellation

• Membership dues must be paid on time to maintain access.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of membership.
• Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Will County, Illinois.
