Membership & Access
What does a membership at The Vault include?
Membership gives you 24/7 access to our professional workspace, conference rooms, podcast studio (with select plans), social areas, secure lockers, fast WiFi, and exclusive member events.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $199 per month for full access to The Vault, or $250 per month if you’d like to include two hours of podcast studio time.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
No. Memberships are month-to-month, so you have the flexibility to stay as long as you want without being locked into a long-term contract.
Can I try The Vault before committing to a membership?
Because access is secured, we don’t offer day passes. However, you’re welcome to schedule a tour to preview the space.
How do I join the waitlist?
Just fill out the application form to join our waitlist. Once we receive your application, a member of our team will reach out to schedule your introduction meeting and help you find the membership option that’s right for you.
Am I able to bring a guest with me?
Yes! Guests are welcome to attend with a registered Vault member. Be sure to have them fill out the Guest Pass before arriving!

What are The Vault’s hours?
The Vault is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have complete flexibility to work and connect on your schedule.
Can I access the space on weekends or evenings?
Yes. Members can enjoy 24/7 access. You can use The Vault anytime, weekdays, weekends, mornings, or late nights.
Are conference rooms and the podcast studio available 24/7?
Conference rooms are available 24/7. The podcast studio is open Monday through Friday.
How do I reserve a meeting room or the podcast studio?
Reservations are handled directly through the membership app.

What types of workspaces are available at The Vault?
You have access to private conference rooms, a fully equipped podcast studio, meeting areas, quiet work zones, and elegant social spaces designed for connection.
What equipment is included in the podcast studio?
The studio is equipped with microphones, tables, chairs, a sound amp, and studio lighting.
How many conference rooms do you have, and how many people can they hold?
We have two conference rooms:
- Conference Room A holds up to 6 people
- Conference Room B holds up to 12 people
Is WiFi included?
Yes. Every membership comes with fast, reliable WiFi so you can stay connected and productive at all times.
Are printing or office supplies available?
No, printing and office supplies are not provided.

Where is The Vault located?
The Vault is located in the heart of historic downtown Frankfort at 28 W Nebraska St, Frankfort, IL 60423, inside a beautifully restored former bank building.
Is there parking available nearby?
Yes, we offer a full parking lot along with additional street parking.
